Upon receiving your piece

When it arrives
A quick guide to protect you

Each piece is unique and travels insured. In the rare case of damage, we resolve it fast — we just need your photos.

1. Before opening — Photograph the box as it arrived, especially any dents.
2. As you open — Carefully take photos while unpacking and of the whole piece.
3. If anything is damaged — Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with those photos.
4. Keep the packaging — Hold on to it until everything is resolved (insurance may ask for it).

With those photos we activate the insurance and resolve it with you. Thank you for giving a unique piece a new home.
