Shipping within Mexico
- National shipping: $250 MXN per order. Free on purchases over $2,500!
- Store pickup (free): pick up your piece at no cost at our store in Roma Norte, Mexico City. We'll message you on WhatsApp when it's ready.
- We pack each piece by hand and to measure. Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days once your payment is confirmed.
Large, heavy or fragile pieces
Because of their size or fragility, some pieces require freight or specialized packaging. In those cases shipping is quoted per piece: message us on WhatsApp before buying and we'll give you the exact cost.
International shipping
Yes, we ship abroad. International shipments are quoted case by case on WhatsApp, with specialized packaging. Any taxes and customs procedures in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
When your piece arrives
Inspect it and take photos before fully unpacking it. If anything arrived damaged, let us know within the first 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the piece, and we'll resolve it with you.
